As we come to the close of 2012, it is prudent review the activity of the Board of Aldermen in 2012. It can be said without a doubt that 2012 was a very productive year for the Board.

The 2012-2013 budget in these economic times was one the the most analyzed budgets in recent years. Due to the leadership of President Reed the taxpayers of the City are receiving the maximum benefits possible. President Reed was also instrumental in passing Board Bill # 153CS which strengthens the City’s laws regarding prostitution related offenses.
